Miguel Ángel Latorre Gimeno

Miguel Ángel has extensive experience in the practice of law, which he began in 1985. He is particularly noted for his work in Criminal Law, handling highly complex cases ranging from crimes against life to socio-economic offenses, many of which have attracted media attention. However, his professional practice also covers other areas of law, such as Civil Law and Labor Law, always providing solutions through direct and personalized client engagement.

Pilar Pérez Castiñeira
Since 1993
Pilar has extensive experience advising both businesses and individuals. She began her legal career in 1992, soon specializing in tax advisory, supported by a specialized Master's degree in this field. Additionally, she has a solid background in General and Corporate Accounting and maintains continuous professional development through active participation in forums and meetings with other experts dedicated to these disciplines.
As a tax consultant and advisor, she has handled numerous cases involving various branches of law, including Civil Law. Therefore, she also assists and supports her clients in contract matters and inheritance issues. She has experience as an estate administrator (Executor/Administrator of Estates) in inheritance cases and regularly represents clients before administrative and judicial courts, defending their interests in criminal and administrative litigation.

Guillermo Utrera Riol

Guillermo is a multidisciplinary lawyer with a high success rate in Civil, Administrative Litigation, and Criminal Law cases. He specializes in litigation against Public Administration (licenses, appeals, sanctions, grants, job pools, administrative liability, etc.) and in all types of Arbitration (Consumer, Family, Commercial, Transport, etc.).
In the Civil field, he has a high level of specialization in Contract and Consumer Law (loans, revolving credit cards, mortgage clauses and fees, unpaid consumer loans, lease agreements, eviction proceedings, etc.). In the Commercial field, he is an expert in the Second Chance Law (payment plans, debt renegotiation, debt cancellation, etc.).
Additionally, he offers Administrative services and Mediation (immigration and alternative dispute resolution).

Miguel has participated in various university law activities and competitions, demonstrating his clear vocation for the practice of law and legal sciences. Notably, he took part in the 22nd Vis East Moot 2024-2025, held in Hong Kong—a simulated international commercial law trial competition conducted entirely in English. He represented the University of Cádiz, the only Spanish team to participate.
